1.) Please go through our Privacy policy & Payment Information before confirming your order.

2.) For Urgent Orders check Step 5a (Payment method) on the Payment Information page and make payments accordingly.

Take a screenshot of the product you wish to order & send a whatsapp @ 8828730228. You will be provided with a UPI Id. Your order will be confirmed once you make payment through that UPI ID and it will be dispatched immediately after that.

3.) Please Note we do not provide the CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) option.

But the system will not confirm your order until & unless your payment is confirmed through electronic transfer. So to overcome this without a hitch Click on the COD option and complete the procedure. And then make payment through the UPI ID provided to you.

4.) Sizes of Kidswear & bags are exactly mentioned. Please compare that with your requirements and order accordingly.

5.)Unedited Images:-

Unedited Images ( without any filters) of the products are displayed on the site.

Due to digital photography, a slight colour variation in the product displayed & the product received by the customer has to be expected.

6.) Unpacking :-

Please take a full video while unpacking the product. This will help you to claim for damages if any.

7.)Returns:-

a.) As a policy we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

b.) If a product that you ordered was received in a damaged condition or it didn't match the size specifications ( in case of clothing), it can be exchanged provided the exact item is available at that point of time.

In case of unavailability, an online credit coupon with a validity of 2 months will be provided (An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail to make purchases with a similar cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon value will have to be borne by You).

8.) We reserve the right to make changes to our SITE POLICIES & TERMS OF USE at any point of time. The intimation of the same will be given on the Home page one day prior to its application on the site.
